Charles E. Gibson, former well known Akron resident, died from a sudden heart attack on Tuesday, June 20, in his home at Sheridan, near Salem, Oregon.
Before moving west something over thirty-five years ago, Mr. Gibson served as town marshal of Akron. He went from here to Medical Lake, Wash., where an Akron colony resided, later locating in the Salem vicinity. Mr. Gibson was a brother of Mrs. Arthur Bellwood, who parsed away in her home here the 11th of this month.
