Note: According to his mother's obituary his name was Thomas. His mother's maiden name was Johnson.

Mr. and Mrs. Mike Welch mourn the death of their three-month-old son, who passed away in the Akron hospital early Monday morning. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning.

Their many friends extend sympathy.
