Obituary of Clarence Juzek, October 28, 1903 - February 9, 1951

Clarence H. Juzek, 47, 315 Turner street, died Friday at a hospital after an illness of about a month.

Mr. Juzek was born October 28, 1903 in Plymouth county, north of Sioux City, and had resided in that vicinity until coming to Sioux City about four years ago. He had been employed at the Cudahy Packing Co, plant and was a member of local 70, United packinghouse Workers of America. Survivors are the widow, Ruby, a step son, Ralph Swanson of Sioux City; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Henry Hofeldt of Sioux City and Mrs. Elmer Friese of Wakonda, S.D.; a brother, Charles of Merrill, Ia., and two sisters, Mrs. Harry O'Connor in Plymouth county and Miss Lillian Juzek of Merrill.

The body was taken to the Nelson-Berger funeral home.

Note: Clarence was the son of Rose (Poradek) and Charles Juzek, Sr.; grandson of Mary (Kudrle) and Bartholomew Poradek; great-grandson of Albert and Rosalie (Juzek) Kudrle.
