JOHN JONES DIES

Was Father of Several Children Now Residing in This County

Sioux City Tribune: John Adam Jones, 74, 307 West Seventh, a resident of Sioux City twenty-five years, died Wednesday of paralysis in a local hospital. Mr. Jones was born in Elkhart, Ind., September 24, 1856.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Laura Jones; six sons, Clark, Quay and Curtis, of Sioux City, L. T., of Grand Rapids,Mich., and Floyd and Stewart, of Hinton; three daughters, Mrs. Nettie Mann and Mrs. Goldie Morehead, of Akron, and Mrs. Violet McInnis, of Westfield; one brother Frank. of Cheookee, and five sisters, Mrs. Eliza Lords, Mrs. Celesta Hauer, and Mrs. Isbelle Simonson, of Cherokee, Mrs. Kate Hamilton, of Pipestone, Minn., and Mrs. Caroline Doerr, of Emmetsburg, Iowa.
