Mrs. Maurice Harms of 421 4th St. N.W. died at Sacred Heart hosptial, Saturday, July 15, after being sick for thre months. She was 39 years old.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 18, at St. James Catholic Church at 9:00 a.m. with the Rev. L.J. Lavelle officiating. Burial will be in the Catholic Cemetary at Merrill.

Mary (Maymie)Orban Harms was born on December 12, 1910 in Johnson Twp., the daughter of John and Mary Orban. On Nov. 25, 1932 she was united in marriage to Maurice Harms at Merrill, Ia. She lived on a farm in Washington Twp. for nine years after her marriage and then moved to LeMars nine years ago.

She is survived by her husband Maurice, and six children: Donald, Edward, Lois, Elaine, Arnold and baby Merlin Edward; also her mother, Mrs. Mary Orban, two brothers, Frank and Joe Orban; and five sisters, Mrs. Alfred Huls, Mrs. Floyd Huls, Mrs. Arnold Wilmes, Mrs. John Feller and Mrs. Lee Shipper.

She was preceeded in death by a son, Alfred and a daughter, Arlis.

The remains will be at Wiltgen's Funeral Home until service time.
