Note: Cemsus records put year of birth as 1866. His wife's maiden name was Fountain.

The many friends of the Philip Beaubien and N. R. Beaubien families extend sympathy to them in the death of their father, Edward Beaubien, who passed away in St. Joseph's hospital, Sioux City, Saturday, October 17, 1942.

Funeral services were held at 9:30 a. m. Tuesday in St. Boniface Catholic church, Sioux City, Rev. Frederick Beck officiating. Burial was in Calvary cemetery. A number from here attended the funeral. Mr. Beaubien was a resident of this vicinity for many years before moving to the city.
