Delbert L. Trobaugh
Delbert L. Trobaugh, 43, of Sioux City died Monday, Dec. 4, 2000, at a Sioux City hospital.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Christy-Smith Berkemier Chapel, with the Rev. Walter Clark of Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Visitation will resume one hour prior to the service Thursday at the funeral home.
Mr. Trobaugh was born May 27, 1957, in Sioux City, the son of Robert and Opal (Whitead) Trobaugh. He attended Sioux City Public Schools and Western Iowa Tech Community College. He served in the U.S. Army.
Following his discharge, he returned to Sioux City. He was employed as a mechanic with various auto garages in Sioux City.
He married Sandra Whitlock and later married Linda Crouch.
He enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles, canoeing and playing cards.
Survivors include three sons, Robert, David and Jonathan, all of Sioux City; three brothers and their wives, Mahlon and Kathy, and Orvis and Connie, all of Sioux City, and Tom and Sharon of Rock Falls, Wis.; a sister and her husband, Viva and Carl Monroe of Le Mars, Iowa; and a grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers will be Danny Teague, Pat Beyerink, Andrew Hansel, John Retland, Dave Merriman and Jim Price.
