Ruth M. Penning (nee' Ruth M. White)

Ruth M. Penning, 89, of Le Mars, Iowa passed away peacefully on November 7, 2012 in Minneapolis surrounded by family.

A celebration of Ruth’s life will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 12, 2012 at Seney United Methodist Church in Seney, Iowa. Reverend Roger Kurtenbach will officiate. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens in Le Mars. Visitation with the family present will be 1 hr prior to service on Monday at the church. The Carlsen Funeral Home in Le Mars, Iowa is in charge of arrangements.

She will be deeply missed by many.

Survived by children, Phylis (Richard) Werth, Pat (Steve) Moir, Ron (Jeannie) Penning, & Barb (John) Kurth, 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, & 3 great -great grandchildren.

Proceeded in death by husband Vernon & granddaughter Kimberly Moir.

In lieu of flowers memorials will be gifted to Seney United Methodist Church.
