FORMER RESIDENT OF PLYMOUTH COUNTY DIED AT EMMET, NEBRASKA

Dougal Allen, prominent ranchman, who lived near Emmet, Nebraska, died Saturday, March 1. He was born in Hull, Canada, July 13, 1869, and came to Plymouth County with his parents when they took up a homestead near LeMars. He made his home here until March 1, 1907, when he moved to Emmet. He was married May 4, 1898, to Mary E. McMillan, who survives him, with two children, who were born to this union. He is also survived by two sisters and one brother. The family will be remembered by some of the older residents of this county.
