Henry Koerner, of Remsen, died at the city hospital yesterday afternoon. Mr. Koerner was brought to Le Mars from his home the beginning of the week, suffering from pneumonia. The remains will be taken to Remsen, where the funeral will be held on Sunday. He was a brother of Chris Koerner, of this city, and has two brothers living at Remsen. – Le Mars Semi-Weekly Sentinel, July 2, 1909, page 1.
