Adeline Allard, 83, of Le Mars, and a former Sioux City resident, died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 1994, at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars.

Adeline Allard was born Oct. 14, 1911, at Elk Point, S.D., the daughter of August and Lena (Ebert) Eckerman. She had resided in Jefferson, S.D., Sioux City and Le Mars.

She married Orice Allard Oct. 23, 1930, in Le Mars. Mr. Allard died in 1975.

Survivors are two daughters, Geraldine and her husband, Dwight Betsworth, of Le Mars, and Donna and her husband, John Armstrong of Fergus Falls, Minn.; one son, Ronald Allard and his wife, Carlene of Sioux City; 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Laura Allard of Sioux City.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; two sisters and two brothers; including Raymond Eckerman, who died Monday, Oct 31, 1994, in Sioux City.

Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St James Catholic Church in Le Mars, with the Rev. Richard Rtes officiating. Burial will be in St Peter's Cemetery at Jefferson, S.D., at 1 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

Friends may call any time after 2 p.m. Friday at the Feuerstein Funeral Home in Le Mars. There will be a scriptural wake service at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
