Note: His wife's maiden name was Conway.

Funeral services for Thos. A. Dennison were conducted Friday at 9 a. m. in St. Peter's Catholic church at Jefferson, S. D., Rev. Chas. Ernst of Akron officiating.

Burial was in the Jefferson cemetery. Mr. Dennison who farmed near Westfield for the last half century died Wednesday, July 5 in St. Joseph's hospital; where he had been taken only a short time before his death. He had been sick four days and not until a very, short time before his death was his condition considered serious.; He was taken to the Dennison farm home Thursday evening; to remain until time tor services.

Born Dec, 3, 1861 at Sioux City, Mr. Dennison moved with his: parents to Jefferson, when he was five years-old. Several years later they moved to the farm near Westfield.

Survivors include the widow, Mary; three sons, Patrolman William Dennison of Sioux City; J. F. and R. E., of Westfield; three daughters, Mrs. L. V. Gant of. Geddes; Mrs. Wm. Connolly of Elk Point, and Miss Helen Dennison of Westfield; a brother, John Dennison, of Sioux City, and three sisters, Mrs, Mary Ryan, Mrs. Alice Connors, and Mrs. Margaret Connors all of Jefferson.
