Obituaries. Mrs. Elmer Hanno.
Mrs. Elmer (Margaret) Hanno, 64, Le Mars, died unexpectedly Monday (Aug. 22, 1963) at her home.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, Le mars. Rev. H. H. Schauland will officiate and burial will be in Remsen City Cemetery under direction of the Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home, Le Mars.
The former Margaret Schmillen, she was born May 30, 1919, at Marcus, to William and Alvina Holck Schmillen. She had lived at Marcus and Le Mars all her life. Her marriage to Elmer (Bud) Hanno took place Dec. 4, 1949, at Marcus. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and the Altar Guild.
Mrs. Hanno was employed at Westmar College.
Survivors are her husband, Elmer, Le Mars, and a daughter, Mrs. Mark (Marcia) Linquist, Siouix City.
