Mrs. Goldie Morehead Expires; Was Lifelong Resident of Akron

Mrs. Goldie Morehead, 46, a lifelong resident of the Akron community, died Thursday, April 7, at her farm home east of there after a long illness.

Mrs. Morehead was born may 17, 1908, in Plymouth County.

Survivors are the widower Stratchey: a son Arnold of Beresford, S.D.; two daughters Mrs. Gordon Klemme of Akron and Mrs. Harvey Klemme of Le Mars; two sisters; five brothers, and seven grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Church of Christ. Burial was in Riverside cemetery at Akron under direction of the Lewison Funeral Home.
