Mrs. W. E. Kidd was called Saturday to Centerville, S. D., by Illness in the family of her daughter, Mrs. W. J. Reilly. The following day Mr. and Mrs. Reilly were called upon to mourn the death of their little son, Orland, aged thirteen mouths and eleven days, of membranous croup.

The father accompanied by his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Alva Champlin, of DeSmet, S. D., came here with the remains Monday and interment was made in Riverside Cemetery, where Rev. J. L. Ayrault, of the Baptist church, conducted a brief service.

Mr. and Mrs. Reilly have the sympathy of friends here. She was unable to come.
