Mrs. Ira Tresler, 66, Akron, died Friday (Aug. 24,1973) at the Akron Hospital after a long illness.

Funeral services were Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran church, Akron, with Rev. Durwood Clauson officiating. Burial was in the Riverside Cemetery. A prayer service was held at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Tresler, the former Minnie Gertrude Ahrens, was born June 29, 1907,near Akron. She was married Feb. 6, 1928, at Elk Point. The couple farmed in the Akron area until Mr. Tresler died in 1967.

Survivors are two sons, Floyd and Walter, both of Akron; two brothers, George Ahrens of Alcester, S.D., and Herman of Elk Point and three sisters, Mrs. Irene Sullivan and Maggie Ahrens, both of Elk Point and Mrs. Mary Siebles, Bameston, Neb.
