Mann, Olive Ethelda 1893 - 1973

Olive Ethelda Mann was born in Union County, South Dakota, on March 22,1893. She was the daughter of Kitty Ethelda Stafford and Fred E. Waterbury. She was united in marriage to Jesse J. Mann on June 14,1911. To this union four children were born. Her husband preceded her in death.

Her eternal rest came at the College, Hill Nursing Center where she made her home the previous 3 years. She died Saturday morning, May 5, 1973. Interment was in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Grand Island, Nebr. Casket bearers were Randy Mann, Gerald Allen, Alex Troxell, Earl Barnes, John Kinzie and Gail Jackson. Mrs. Mann was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary of Manhattan, Kansas.

Survivors include two sons, Arlo Mann, Omaha, Nebr.; Vernon Mann, Hot Springs, S.D.; two daughters, Mrs. Clair Campbell, Manhattan, Kansas; Mrs. Leonard Holechek, Rapid City, S.D.; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Two sisters, Mrs. Clarence Hummel, Mrs. Lynn Booth, both of Hawarden, Iowa; and a brother Russell Waterbury, Akron, Iowa.
