Funeral services for U.R. (Ray) Feauto, 73, 207 Center St., Sioux City were held at 10 a.m. Friday, February 25, at St. Boniface Catholic Church. Rev. Odoric Akwick officiated and burial was in Calvary Cemetery under. direction of the Manning-O'Toole Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Vincent and Arnold Feauto, Richard Manna, Gerald Uhl, Bill Frangenberg and Don Clark. The rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home by parishioners and the men's club of the church and at 8 p.m. by the Catholic Daughters of America.

Mr. Feauto died Wednesday morning, February 23, at a Correctionville nursing home after a long illness.

Mr. Feauto was born March 16,1898 at Westfield. He married Marie Knittel January 18,1921 near Merrill and they farmed in Plymouth County until moving to Sioux City-1949. Mr. Feauto worked for the Sioux City Grain Exchange for eight years, retiring in 1963. He was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and the church's men's organization.

Survivors are his wife; nine sons, Armond of Oakland, Leo of Tama, Richard of Correctionville, Edward of Los Angeles, Eugene of Kansas City, Mo., Douglas of Irving, Tex., Robert of Memphis, Term., and Bernard and Earl, both of Sioux City; a daughter, Mrs. Dick (Shirley) Matt of Iowa City; a brother, Ambrose of Akron; two sisters, Mrs. Delia Manning of Oakland, Calif., and Mrs. Luella Jipp of Las Vegas, N.M., and 37 grandchildren.
