Funeral services for the Rev. Mrs. Berniece E. Hubby of Atkinson, Nebraska were held at the Wesleyan Church, O'Neill, Nebr., Tuesday, July 13 at 2 p.m. Burial was in the Paddock Cemetery north of O'Neill.

Berniece Elizabeth Rausch Hubby, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Rausch, was born September 29,1912, in Union County, South Dakota, near Akron. She passed away .at her home near Atkinson, Nebraska, July 10, 1971 at the age of 58 years, 9 months and 11 days. With the exception of a short time that her family lived in Illinois, Berneice spent her girlhood days near Akron, and was a graduate of Akron High School. After the death of her mother, she went to Nebraska in 1930 to live with two aunts, until her marriage to William Hubby at O'Neill on September 29, 1931.

Survivors include her husband, William; two brothers, James of Wiggens, Colorado and Ralph of Buckeye, Arizona; a sister, Virginia Rausch of Genoa, Nebr.; two half brothers, Jack and Gary Rausch.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Lester.
