DEATH OF YOUNG WOMAN. Miss Mollie Spiecker Succumbs to Abscess of the Brain.
Miss Mollie Spiecker, aged 16, a well known and popular young woman, of Remsen died at the Sacred Heart hospital on Thursday night. She was a daughter of Theodore Spiecker, of Remsen.
Miss Spiecker was seriously ill and brought to the hospital here to undergo and operation for mastoid trouble. She succumbed before the operation could be made. Her death was caused by an abscess on the brain. The body was taken back to Remsen for burial. – Le Mars Semi-Weekly Sentinel, Feb. 15, 1921, page 1.
