Mrs. E. A. Dalton Taken By Death
Survived By Widower And One Son
Mrs. E. A. Dalton died Sunday morning of a cerebral hemorrhage in Sacred Heart hospital where she had been a patient for about a month following a long period of ill health.
Julia Fitch was born July 26, 1871, in Cleveland, Ohio, and on October 10, 1898, was married to E. A. Dalton in Evanston, Ill., who survives her. They have since made their home in Le Mars where Mr. Dalton was in the banking business for more than a half century. They have one son, Capt. Donald Dalton, U. S. Navy, now stationed in San Francisco, who visited his mother this month and came back Monday by airplane on being notified of her death.
The funeral services will be held at 10 a. m. Wednesday at the family home, 11 Sixth Street NE., and will be conducted by Rev. G. O. Thompson. Burial will be in the city cemetery.
Mrs. Dalton was a member of the Episcopal church and had been a member of the Le Mars library board for years.
Mauer's have charge of the funeral.
