Aged Kingsley Man Died Saturday In Sacred Heart Hospital

Peter Knudsen of Kingsley died Saturday in Sacred Heart hospital at the advanced age of 89 years. He had been in poor health for years.

Mr. Knudsen was born July 14, 1860, in Denmark and came to this country when he was 16 years old, locating in Crawford county. He married Anna Paulsen on July 5, 1884, and they lived on a farm near Dickens before moving in 1887 to a farm two and one half miles southeast of Kingsley. One son, Peter
Knudsen, Jr., survives.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Methodist Church in Kingsley with Rev. Snyder officiating, and burial was in Kingsley cemetery.
