Another Old Settler Gone

Emmanuel Gottschalk, an old settle who came to this county about 1869, died this morning at his home in Liberty township. Mr. Gottschalk was a over over seventy years of age and he has bached with his crippled brother for many years past. He has been in failing health for a long time but has only been seriously ill during the past few weeks during which time he has been looked after by his niece, Mrs. Kastner, who lives near his farm.
