Elizabeth McCorkell
Dead at Akron Home
Neighbors of Miss Elizabeth [Lizzie] McCorkell found her dead in the yard of her home in Akron last Monday morning. She was last seen about her home on Sunday end is supposed to have suffered a heart attack some time before she, was found.

Miss McCorkell was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph McCorkell,and came, to this county in 1884 with her parents. She was born in Dallas county,. Iowa.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at t h e home and were conducted by Rev. A. A. Howe of the Methodist church

She is survived by one sister, Mrs. W. W. [Louisa Lutie] Hyink of LeMars, and two brothers, John McCorkell of Akron and Walter McCorkell of Eureka, Cal.
