Mrs. Lloyd Schneider, 76, formerly of Sioux City, died Friday afternoon, Sept. 6, at a Storm Lake hospital after a brief illness.

She and her husband have lived at Methodist Manor at Storm Lake for the past three years.

The former Mary Zimmerman, she was born March 27, 1892, in Le Mars, and she attended the Le Mars public schools. She was married Sept. 24,1912, at Merrill, and farmed with her husband in the Merrill area before going to Sioux City in 1935. Mrs. Schneider was a member of Trimble United Methodist church, Sioux City.

Survivors are her husband; a son, William of Minneapolis; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Eileen) Sears, Sioux City; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Heaton-Westcott funeral home, Sioux City. Rev. Floyd E. Cripps, Wesley United Methodist church, officiated. Burial was in Melbourne cemetery, Hinton.
