Death of Mrs. William Treeby. Mrs. Win. Treeby, a former well known and highly respected resident
of Washington township, died at her home ill Akron Tuesday, June 20, at the age of sixty-seven years. The funeral was held at Akron on Thursday, conducted by Bev. F . L. Moore, pastor of the M. B. church, and the remains interred in the Adaville cemetery.

She was born in Ohio and at the age of twenty was united in marriage with William Treeby. In 1871 they removed to Washington Township, where they have always resided upon their homestead and witnessed the development of this agricultural country during all the time of their residence. Over a year ago they moved to Akron to live in retirement from the dally toll on the farm.

She leaves to mourn her loss a loving husband and two sons, Walter and Herbert and four daughters, two of whom were present at the death-bed, Mrs. Luella Houghton of Akron and Mrs. Sarah Bilstow of this vicinity.

Ten children were born unto bar, four of whom had preceded her to the great beyond.
