Former Le Mars Resident Dies

Herbert Robertson Is Fatally
Stricken With Appendicitis

Friends in Le Mars were notified yesterday of the death of Herbert Robertson, 26, well known former resident of Le Mars. Mr. Robertson died at Lemmon, S.D., Wednesday following an operation to relieve a ruptured appendix.

He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Robertson, of Reeder, N.D., who formerly lived here and was born and grew up in this community.

He is survived by his parents, his wife, who before her marriage was Miss Grace Tucker, of Akron, and two children, Marion, aged 5 and Donna, aged 2 years, and a brother, Tindall Robertson, of Lemmon, S.D.

The remains will be brought here and the funeral held at the Adaville church in Johnson Township at 2:30 Saturday afternoon and interment made in the Adaville Cemetery.
