DREESZEN, ZIMMERMAN

Mrs. June Dreeszen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Zimmerman was born June 3, 1914, at Merrill and departed this life at her home three miles west of Adaville Tuesday morning, January 26, following a brief illness.

September 16, 1936, she was united in marriage to Thomas Dreeszen and has lived near Adaville ever since with the exception of two years spent on a farm near James, In 1940 she united with the United Brethren Church and was a teacher for some time in the primary department.

She was preceded in death by her brother and sister, both of whom died in infancy.

She leaves to mourn her death, her husband and mother and father, one daughter, Carol, at home and two step-sons, Marvin of Le Mars, and Robert of Sioux City and her grandfather, Philip Emmert, of Merrill as well as many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. L. B. Foster at the U. B church of Adaville on Thursday afternoon. "In the Garden" and "Beautiful Home" were sung by Mrs. Foster and Mrs. Tom Kenny, Sr.

Pallbearers were Roy Dreeszen, Arch Dreeszen, Byrant Dreeszen Kenneth Sears, Ronald Schindel and George Schindel.
