Funeral services for Lloyd Huebsch, age 86, of Le Mars, Iowa were held Saturday, November 13 at 1:30 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Akron, Reverend Durwood Clauson officiating. Burial was in the Le Mars city cemetery, the Schroeder Funeral Home in charge.

Pall bearers were Virgil Smith, Robert Smith, Duane Haas, Gerald Aewy, Wayne Von Hagel and Leonard Dirks. A prayer service was held Friday, November 12 at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Huebsch died November 11 in the Akron hospital after a long illness.

He was born August 23, 1885 at Le Mars. He graduated from Le Mars High School in 1904 and attended Cornell College at Mt. Vernon, Iowa. He farmed in the Akron-Le Mars area his entire life. On October 12, 1930 in Johnson Township, rural Merrill, Mr. Huebsch married Anna Herbst.

Survivors are his widow and a sister, Miss Leila of Le Mars.
