Nellie V. Peck, 89, Ventura, Calif., formerly of Sioux City, died Sunday, March 8, 1992, at her home after a long illness.

The body was cremated. Ted Mayre Funeral Home of Ventura was in charge of arrangements. Graveside serevices were held Friday, March 13 at Calvary cemetery in Sioux City.

Mrs. Peck was born Jan. 26, 1903 in Akron, Iowa. She moved to Sioux City, where she and her husband, Clarence were co-owners and operators of Dixie Cream Donut Shop, a baking and confectionary business for 28 years. She retired in 1969. She had lived in Ventura county the last six years, coming from Santa Barbara, Calif. Mr. Feck died in 1985.

Survivors include a daughter, Dolores A. Peck of Ventura, Calif.; two sons, Leo E. Peck of Davenport, Iowa and Fay A. Peck of Simsbury, Conn.; seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
