GLORIA LYNN HARMS, 15, DIES IN SIOUX CITY - WAS DAUGHTER OF FORMER RESIDENTS
Gloria Lynn Harms, 15, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willis H. Harms, 3510 Douglas St., Sioux City, died Monday at the residence after an eight-month illness.
Miss Harms was born Sept. 9, 1948, at Akron and resided at Le Mars before the family moved to Sioux City about eight years ago.
She began her sophomore term at Sioux City Central high school last fall.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian church and Rainbow Assembly 26.
Survivors include her parents; a sister, Patricia Lee at home; and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry M. Eilks of Le Mars, and Mr. and Mrs. Herman J. Harms, of Brunsville. A brother, Charles Jay died in infancy.
The body was taken to the north side Nelson-Berger Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the First Presbyterian church, Sioux City. Burial will be in Le Mars Memorial cemetery.
