Mary Lee Hoffman, 15 month old
daughter died near Westfield as the
result of an accident.

Mary Lee, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Ray Hoffman, Jr. of Westfield
township, was born May 7, 1955, in
the Osteopathie Hospital, Sioux City,
Iowa, and died August 9, 1956, aged
15 months and 2 days.

Surviving are her parents; her paternal
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
Ray Hoffman, Sr.; maternal grandparents
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Boecher;
maternal great-grandparents,
Mr. and Mrs. Paul M. Custer; maternal
(foster) great-grandparents,
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Svenosen, of
Sioux City. The bereaved relatives
have the sympathy of their many
friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday
afternoon in St. Paul's Lutheran
church, Johnson township, Rev. E.
Senst officiating. Pallbearers were
Judy Parson, Sandra Lee Franken,
Judy Wit-key and Kay Jansen, Interment
was in Pleasant Valley cemetery,
Adaville.
