Mrs. A. Higgins died Wednesday night, December 1, of chronic gastritis.

The deceased was born near Halifax, N. S., and was about 69 years of age. She leaves a husband, six daughters and two sons to mourn her loss. She has lived in Akron about three years, and was respected by all who knew her. The funeral took place in the Catholic church Friday at 9:30 a. m.
