Mrs. Ella Lehmann, 77, Le Mars
resident the last 32 years, died Tuesday
night at University hospital, Augusta, Ga.
She had left several weeks ago for
Georgia to recuperate after a stay in Floyd
Valley hospital here and to be near a
daughter, Mrs. John Mullins.

Funeral arrangements are pending.
Burial will be at Bethel cemetery,
Tuscaloosa, Ala. The family requests
memorials be given to the Church of the
Nazarene.

Ella Beaver was born Nov. 11, 1892, in
Tuscaloosa county, Ala. She was married
to Matthew Lehmann, member of a
pioneer Merrill family who preceded her in
death.

Mrs. Lehmann was an active member of
the Le Mars Church of the Nazarene.

Surviving are a son and two daughters,
Capt. Edward M. Vander Velde, St.
Petersburg, Fla., Mrs. John (Ruth) Mullins,
Augusta, Ga., and Mrs. William (Juanice)
Hatting , Kankakee, Ill., and six
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her
parents, James and Sarah Sallie Lesley
Beaver, her husband and a son.
