Frank Albright, 81, 120 Third Ave. SW,died Monday at Floyd Valley hospital after an illness of several months. He had been hospitalized two days.
Mr. Albright was a retired farmer and painter and was a lifelong resident of Plymouth county residing in the Merrill and Le Mars vicinity. He had been employed by the county.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the Mauer funeral chapel with Rev. Milo Morris officiating.
Burial will be in Hillside cemetery, Merrill, under direction of the Mauer funeral home, Le Mars.
Mr. Albright was born June 14, 1890, in Liberty township. Plymouth county, the son of the late Frank and Barbara Albright. He married Mary Ruedy July 8, 1914, in Le Mars.
Mr. Albright was preceded in death by his parents and a son Eugene in 1935.
Survivors are his wife Mary of Le Mars; a son, Oliver (Butch) Albright of Le Mars; three sisters , Emma Albright, Mrs. Bernard (Elizabeth) Cummihow and Margaret Rozell, all of Merrill; a half-brother, George Greenwood of Merrill; a half-sister, Mrs. Alice Lucey of Le Mars and two grandchildren John and James Albright, both of Le Mars.
