Local relatives and friends were sorry
to hear of the death of Henry J, Simeon,
age 75, a former Akron resident, at the
Storm Lake hospital on Monday, March
17, 1969.

Funeral services were held from the
Hughes-Nelson Funeral Home on Thursday,
March 20, with burial at Sutherland,
Iowa. "Heinie's" parents were William
Simeon and Minnie Hitzemann Simeon,
early day residents of Akron. Mr. Simeon
is survived by his wife, three daughters,
two sons, 17 grandchildren, and one sister.
