Ida Bultman Dougherty died August 18,1997, at St. Anthony’s Care Center, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Memorial services were held August 22 at Bethel Lutheran Church, St. Paul, Minnesota.

She was born January 10, 1913, near Hawarden, the oldest child of Charles and Minnie Bultman. She moved to South Dakota in 1936 where she met and married Gifford Dougherty. They moved to Sioux City where they lived for several years. They then moved to St. Paul, Minnesota.

Survivors are a sister, Alma Petry of Hawarden; sister-in-law, rose Ann Hermann of Mandan, North Dakota; 3 nephews; 6 nieces and other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Gifford; parents, Charles and Minnie Bultman; sister, May Bell; brother Clarence Bultman; niece Marlene Petry.

A private interment was held August 28 at Riverview Cemetery in West St. Paul, Minnesota.
