This morning a young man named Chris Farburn, an Englishman, died at the Beehive. The unfortunate youth had been in LeMars about two weeks, having come here to work for Fred B. Close, Esq. While in New York be contracted the disease from which he died. Farburn was about twenty years old. The funeral will take place at half past 5 o'clock this p. m. A friend who was watching with Farburn dining his illness has come down with the disease, and is dangerously sick. Money is being raised by subscription to purchase comforts for the unfortunate fellow.
