Funeral Services Held Here Wednesday for Mrs. Wm. T. Kistle

Funeral services were held on Wednesday afternoon for Mrs. Wm. T. Kistle, who passed away at her home in Pasadena, California, following an 8-week sickness. At the time of her death she was 82 years and 6 months and 2 days of age.

Mrs. Kistle is survived by her son, C. P. Kistle of Le Mars, and one daughter, Mrs. E. E. Eastman of Pasadena, California, and 5 grandchildren; Mrs. P. G. Fury of Eugene, Oregon; Wm. Farnsworth of Pasadena, California; Richard Farnsworth of Grand Island, Neb.; Byrle Kistle and Mrs. Robert Koenig of Le Mars.

Mrs. Kistle was preceded in death by two children, Mrs. H. L. Nebergall of Eugene, Oregon, and Wm. G. Kistle of Le Mars.

Mrs. Kistle, nee Elizabeth Margaret Wallace, was born Oct. 23, 1861, at Monticello, Wisconsin, where she lived until she was 20 years old, when she came to Iowa. On Oct. 18, 1884 she was united in marriage with Wm. T. Kistle. She continued to live in Le Mars until 1924 when she moved to Pasadena, and has continued to live there until the time of her death.

When Mrs. Kistle became sick about Christmas time, her son left for California to be with her, and spent the last month with her.
