MATT BORNISCK

Matt Bornisck passed away Friday, February 15, in the Sacred Heart Hospital at the age of 85. He was born March 25, 1872, in Austria and came to America when a young man of 22 years and settled in Pennsylvania, where he was employed in steel mills. In his later years he came to Plymouth County where he was employed as a farm hand for various farmers in Grant and Preston townships. He never married.

Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. at Luken’s Funeral Home. Rev. H. L. Dirks of Preston Twp. Lutheran Church officiated. Burial was in the City Cemetery in LeMars.
