Marjorie Nanninga/King, 98, formerly of Le Mars and Cherokee, died Monday, Aug. 10, 2009, at the Tompkins Memorial Health Center in Fort Dodge.

Marjorie graduated from Le Mars High School and was a life long member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Le Mars.

Survivors are her son, Jim (Rae) Nanninga of Fort Dodge; and nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Those proceeding Marjorie in death, are her parents; husband, Alex Nanninga and second husband, Le Roy King; daughter, Judy Hancock; and grandson, Donald Herkimer.

Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 17, in the Le Mars Memorial Cemetery.

The Gunderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Fort Dodge is in charge of arrangements.
