ED BEAULIEU DIES AFTER A LONG ILLNESS

Funeral services were held at 9:30 Saturday morning at Immaculate Conception Catholic church in Sioux for Edward Beaulieu, 75, of Sioux City, who died in his home on Thursday, July 29, after a long illness. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Beaulieu was born Oct. 18, 1878, in Plymouth County, where he followed the occupation of farming for many years. He retired in 1938 and moved to Sioux City.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Berger, of Sioux City; four sons, Edwin and Lloyd, of Sioux City; Syrus of Merrill, and Thomas of Hinton; a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Huber of Sioux City; five brothers, Alexander of Hinton, George of Marshalltown, Iowa, and Frank, Henry, and Louis, all of Merrill; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
