FORMER HINTON GIRL
KILLED IN ACCIDENT

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lincoln Township with Rev. R.J. Torgler officiating, for Marjorie Sanders, 13, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Sanders, former residents of this community, who was killed Saturday night in an automobile collision.

The deceased was riding with Leonard Lentz, of Sioux City, and his sister, Marcella, 14, when their car crashed headon with a car driven by Leonard Walters, young Hartington farmer. The Sioux Cityans had been visiting in Hartington and were on their way to visit the Lentz’ grandmother at Bloomfield, Neb. The cars collided on the brow of a hill on highway 84.
