MEMBER OF: Services will be held Thursday in Lakewood United Methodist church in Lakewood, Colo.
SURVIVORS: …include his wife; one daughter, Carol Beach of Lakewood; five sons, Everett, Dale and Richard, all of Lakewood, Don of Boulder, Colo., and Art of Brunswick, Ohio; and several grandchildren.
