SURVIVORS: …include his mother of LeMars; two sisters, Karen Van Gorkom of Baltimore, and Shirley and her husband, Steve Ausburger of Colton, Calif.; two brothers, Ronald of LeMars and Jerry of Sioux City; and nieces and nephews.
MEMBER OF: He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith.
