SURVIVORS: …include his wife; a son, Michael Lee, and a daughter, Jessie Lee, both at home; his mother, Fern Vermilyea of Merrill, Iowa; three brothers, Gaylen and his wife Jan, of Omaha, Terry and his wife Lorraine of Chino Valley and Dan of LeMars; and a sister, Sharon and her husband Mick Lawrence, of Missouri Valley, Iowa.
