OCCUPATION: She graduated from LeMars Central High School in 1947. She graduated from St. Anthony’s School of Nursing in Carroll, Iowa, in 1950. The couple lived in Carroll and later moved to Canton, S.D., where they owned a Coast-to-Coast for 16 years. Her husband died Feb. 2, 1972. She then moved to Spirit Lake.
SURVIVORS: …include a son and his wife, Dr. Anthony and Joen Schleisman of Plano, Texas; a daughter and her husband, Diane and Glade Charlesworth of Murray, Utah; a daughter-in-law, Carol Schleisman of San Diego, Calif.; five grandchildren; four brothers, Eugene & his wife, Maggie, of Greeley, Colo., Wendell & his wife Patricia, of Remsen, Donald & his wife, Phyllis, of Wellington, Nev., and James of LeMars; and three sisters, Evelyn Barr and Dolores Autry, both of Dallas, Texas, and Mary Lou & her husband, Marvin Moos of Granville, Iowa.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: …her parents; and a son, Dean Paul Schleisman.
