TWO YEAR ILLNESS CLAIMS CHARLES COX

Funeral services for Charles Edward Cox, 53, who died Thursday at Sacred Heart hospital after a two year illness will be held in St. Joseph, Mo., where the remains were sent Friday.

The former produce merchant had lived in California until June this year when he came to make his home with Mr. and Mrs. Roy Bullington in Stanton township.

He was born Oct. 8, 1899, at St. Joseph, Mo., and his marriage to Mamie Kniggle, who preceded him in death, took place June 17, 1923.

He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Alice Casey, Marysville, Calif., and a grandson, Loren Dean Casey.
