FRED EIBEL, 73 DIES, FUNERAL RITES TUES.

Fred Eibel, 73, a long time resident of LeMars died Saturday, July 19, at the Sacred Heart hospital after an illness of several months.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, at the Wiltgen-Luedtke funeral home. The Rev. H.V. Bartz will conduct the services. Burial will be in the city cemetery.

Fred Eibel was born June 5, 1879, in Minneapolis, Minn., and came to this community in 1906. He operated a cleaning business and tailor shop until his retirement in 1937. For the past eight months he had been living near Merrill.

Survivors include a niece, Mrs. Floyd Johnson of Merrill. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and two sisters.

The body is at the Wiltgen-Luedtke funeral home.
