OCCUPATION: They lived briefly in Kansas City, Mo., then moved to a farm near Athol. They later moved to a farm near Cherokee, Iowa. In 1967, they purchased LeMars Motel. She retired in 1970. She had been a resident of Brentwood Good Samaritan Center for a year.
SURVIVORS: ….include her husband; three daughters, Connace and her husband, Larry Fraser of Hutchinson, Minn., Marva and her husband, Joe Hansen, of Omaha, and Diane Roggow of LeMars; a son and his wife, Curtis and Kathy of Shawnee, Kans.; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and a brother and his wife, Leonard and Lee Beckman of Kensington, Kan.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: …a son, Norman Lee; and a brother, Edward Beckman.
